Our three routes are posted below. Please note routes could change depending on city construction and permitting. We do are very best to make the routes as easy and safe as possible. This is a completely open course which means riders are expected to obey all traffic laws and regulations…….this includes wearing a helmet!! Please note route(s) and rest stops are subject to change. Check back one week before the ride for the most updated information.

Again this is an urban ride. These roads will not be closed and completely open to traffic. You are responsible for your own safety.  We spend numerous hours trying to figure out the safest option from rest stop to rest stop. OKC is a busy area and not a whole lot rural road options or roads with bike lanes so please obey all traffic laws and be weary of your surroundings.

Please bring extra bike tubes, tools, patch kits, cell phone, etc… with you. We will have SAG support for emergencies only. You will have a much more enjoyable experience if you come prepared.

Every route will be well marked with color coded route arrows stuck to the ground before every turn. Cones will be placed on the route before every decision and after every decision point (example – if you are approaching a turn you will see a cone right before the turn and then right after the turn). You will also be given GPX files to load onto your device and cue cards at packet pickup.

Each Rest Stop will have a sampling of BBQ, water/hydration mix and a small sampling of various chips, cookies, pretzels, Hammer Gels, etc… Please plan to bring your own food if you are requiring specific nutrition.

*You will be allowed to pick other participant’s packets up. All riders will sign a waiver before receiving their packets. You must sign the waiver before you will be allowed to participate. There will be waiver signing stations set up at packet pickup.

To make the packet pickup process faster, sign the waiver and bring it to packet pickup with you. Click here to download the waiver.

SAG Support Bob Moore Subaru

Due to the varying degrees of difficulty of the courses and in an effort to maintain a high safety standard for all, the Tour de BBQ ™ support (SAG) will end 5 hours after the ride starts. If you are on the course after 5 hours and on pace to not finish in 5 hours, you understand that you will no longer be provided support on the route and are riding at your own risk. Riders also understand the Pavilion closes promptly at 3:00 pm – please plan accordingly.

SAG support is for emergencies only. It is the responsibility of the rider to bring the necessary items needed to have a fun and safe ride.
